The online shop is divided in two parts. The first dedicated to fabric and interior design manufactures in which I sell the pattern (the drawing) and its exclusivity for industrial production. To see the products in this special guest area called “Pattern Shop” the client must create an account and fill a quick form with their name and email details.
The second calls upon the customers who are interested in handcrafted home and clothing accessories. In this case the patterns I realize for these products are not exclusive as I sell the object but not the drawing license.

La prima chiamata “Pattern collection for manufacturers” è dedicata alla vendita di pattern, ossia la vendita dei disegni e la loro esclusività destinata alle aziende per la produzione industriale di tessuti. Per vedere i prodotti in questa sezione il cliente deve creare un account e compilare un modulo rapido con il proprio nome ed email.
La seconda “Shop” presenta degli accessori moda e per la casa realizzati con i miei tessuti. In questo caso i disegni che realizzo per questi prodotti non sono esclusivi poiché vendo il prodotto stampato ma non la licenza del disegno.
Handcrafted products (for customers)
Apart from drawing and painting, knitting and sewing were my passion since I was a child. I thus thought to implement a section in my site where clients can order handcrafted accessories made by me from sketches to the final product.
Customization
For every pattern there is an array of different models to choose from. The clients can find a default fabric and measures for each model but the strength of my artistic proposal is to suggest them to tailor the textile for their needs. Please note that customization of fabric is available only for these following items: foulard, scarf, curtain, fabric and pillow.

Production times
Working on my own from the drawing to the final product is a long journey and therefore it will take up to 12-18 days from the online purchase till the delivery of the final customized product. Thanks for your patient: beautiful things take time to be created.

Returns
Once sold the products cannot be returned or changed whatsoever.

Pattern shop (for manufacturers)
I sell my patterns with complete license and copyright to the client and therefore l immediately remove them from the site and the market.
This means I sell the pattern and its exclusivity.
Patterns are original and in repeat, straight or half-drop, usually with a tile of 35×35 cm or 64×35 cm (not always). Moreover each pattern has motifs divided in layers per color or shape.
For some patterns I elaborate also a color variation which is sold along with the original without adding extra costs.
Purchase information
Purchase can be made via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Once the client has paid he can download the JPG version of the design.
The layered PSD or TIFF file – suitable for further customization in Photoshop and other programs – will be supplied within 3 working days as I do not hold the PSD files on my server due to heavy file sizes.
TIFF/PSD File features:
-High resolution of 300dpi for a file size of 60×80 cm
-RGB colors
-Motifs in Repeat
-Layered motifs by color or shapes
If specifically requested I can send the file in other formats like Illustrator EPS/AI.
The delivery will be done through “Wetransfer” website or others if specifically requested by the client.
I finally remove the design from Remotextiles.com and I commit to NOT re-sell it to third party.
Terms and Conditions
I, Remo Mazzoni, warrant:
• The originality and exclusivity of the drawings
• To sell the items with full exclusive license and copyrights to the client.
• To consign within 3 working days from the confirmation of the received money, the TIFF file with all the features above described.
• That the personal information the client provides will be used just for processing the order and, with their permission, to use it only to notify when new items or promotion will occur.
The client commits to:
• provide true and accurate personal information when filling the form out in order to purchase a pattern
Payment:
All patterns price is inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Shop prodotti artigianali
Oltre a disegnare e a dipingere, il lavoro a maglia e il cucito sono stati la mia passione fin da quando ero bambino. Ho quindi pensato di implementare una sezione del mio sito in cui i clienti possono ordinare accessori artigianali realizzati da me.
Personalizzazione
Per ogni modello sono disponibili una serie di modelli diversi tra cui scegliere. Troverai un tessuto e delle misure standard per ogni modello (per es. la sciarpa in voile di seta), ma il punto di forza della mia proposta artistica è quella di personalizzare il tessuto secondo le vostre esigenze. Perciò se desideri una sciarpa o qualsiasi altro prodotto con un tessuto differente da quello proposto basta mandarmi un messaggio (clicca qui) e ti farò un preventivo.

Cura dei tessuti
Lavare al massimo a 40° e stirare a temperatura medio-bassa.
Tempi di produzione
Lavorare da solo dal disegno al prodotto finale è un lungo viaggio e quindi ci vorranno fino a 12-18 giorni dall’acquisto online fino alla consegna del prodotto finale personalizzato. Grazie per la tua pazienza: le cose belle richiedono tempo per essere create. Se hai fretta puoi invece guardare la sezione “Bottega delle occasioni” dove troverai diversi prodotti già realizzati e pronti per la vendita.
Consegna
Se desideri ritirare il prodotto in negozio non vi sono costi aggiuntivi mentre per la spedizione vi è una flat rate di 5.- chf che verrà aggiunta al totale una volta effettuato l’acquisto.
